Westcana Electric successfully played a fundamental role in the construction of a cutting-edge 40,000 sq ft concrete production facility for Barkman Concrete. This facility boasts advanced automated technology, a 2500 Amp 347/600 volt main distribution center, and multiple sub-distribution centers.
Our work included intricate electrical and instrumentation system installations, lighting controls, fire alarms, and CCTV cameras. The project spanned 16 months for new construction and concurrent work with a manufacturing equipment supplier in the final 5 to 6 months. Despite COVID-19-related challenges, we swiftly adapted by utilizing our inventory and global supplier network.
