A landmark 200-bed long-term care village in Prince George, located on land leased from the Roman Catholic Diocese of Prince George. Built and operated by Providence Living in partnership with Northern Health, construction kicked off in 2025 with targeted completion and opening in Spring 2028.

Modeled after world-class dementia village concepts, this state-of-the-art, 3-storey facility features 16 individual resident households, an 8-bed geriatric psychiatry unit, a 37-space childcare center, an adult day program, and full village amenities including a bistro, grocery store, and community hall. Our team is delivering comprehensive electrical infrastructure designed to power a modern, home-like environment that prioritizes resident comfort, safety, and community connection.
